Ride Along Checklist

Use this checklist as a guide during your ride along. Make sure your designated ride along technician goes over and showcases all of these topics and subjects as you will frequently need to know this information.

Did your ride along technician touch on specifics on what independent contracting means, how it applies to your taxes, the differences between being an independent contractor versus employee? Be sure to ask them any questions about contracting with Auto Rescue Solutions.

Did the technician go over tire changes, jump starts, fuel deliveries and lockouts. Did they go over safety procedures and tools necessary for each service. Did they go over how to perform services on different types of vehicles?

Did the admin give you a general overview of the app? Before proceeding to a new topic, make sure the admin touches on the following points:

Did the technician explain optimizing your settings and selecting "Allow/Always Allow" for you setting specifications?

Did the technician show a step by step walkthrough of a work order? Do you know how to accept a work order? Do you know how to resequence? Do you know how to close a work order out if you have additional fees?

Did the technician talk about how top technicians communicate with motorists? Did they touch on best clothing choices for winter and summer months? Did they go over safety precautions when on the road? Did they go over tips and tricks that help top technicians succeed long term?

Did the technician talk about how to make a courtesy call and what verification questions should be asked? Such as, "Are you still needing assistance?", "Is the address correct?" and "Is there anything I need to be on the lookout for our anywhere specific I need to go?"

Did they go over the Auto Rescue Solutions tipping program, ETip? 

Did the technician explain best practices and safety procedures? Questions to ask motorists? Site awareness?

Did the admin explain what each department does, how they can help and when you may need to reach out to each department?

Dispatch:   Reach out to dispatch if you are unable to reach a motorist or with questions about a work order.
Onboarding:   Reach out for any last minute questions about the Onboarding process. You can also contact them in the future to update your compliance.
Technician Compensation:   Reach out with any pay related questions or to update your banking information. You can also contact them about your 1099 tax form.
Market Lead Team:    Reach out with questions about your coverage area, call volume or change in availability.
